How do I identify my Audi A5 year and series?

Read the manufacture date from the compliance or build label in a front-door opening, then check the VIN at the base of the windscreen. On 8T cars, Audi's vehicle data sticker is also under the luggage-compartment floor near the battery. Confirm whether the A5 is a Sedan, Wagon or Coupe before matching the date and chassis code.

The 2025 - 2026 choices are B10 / FU2 Sedan and B10 / FU5 Wagon. The two-door Coupe choices are F5 for 2017 - 2024, 8T Facelift for 2012 - 2016 and 8T for 2008 - 2012. For a 2012 Coupe, the build date and VIN distinguish the two 8T choices.

Raise the B10 A5 arm while keeping its spring load under control. Depress the narrow connector release and withdraw the used blade. Feed the replacement into the connector channel from the arm end, continuing until the button stands in the square aperture.
