How do I identify my Volkswagen Touareg year and series?

Touareg vehicle data appears on a sticker below the luggage-compartment floor and is repeated in the service record. Pair that information with the door-opening compliance label's manufacture date.

The choices are CR Facelift (2024 - 2026), CR (2019 - 2023), 7P (2011 - 2018), 7L Facelift (2007 - 2010) and 7L (2003 - 2006). Their year ranges are separate, so the build date normally gives the answer. The Facelift names refer to revised lights, grille and bumper details within the same body generation.

How to install front wiper blades for the Volkswagen Touareg?

Put the CR Touareg wipers in the raised service position first. Hold the narrow top button down and draw the adaptor off in line with the arm. Keep the new blade square as it slides on, then check that the button has popped fully through the cut-out.

How do I install the rear wiper blade on a Volkswagen Touareg?

The CR Touareg rear arm uses a push-button slide-lock. Lift the 14-inch blade clear, depress the small latch and draw the blade off the flat arm. Push the replacement along the same path until the latch returns into the arm opening.
