Mercedes-Benz C-Class Wiper Blades

Fitment varies substantially:

• W206, A205, C205, W205, S205 and W205 Germany use 22-inch (550 mm) fronts on both sides. S205 Wagon also has a 10-inch (250 mm) rear.
• W204 Facelift II, C204 Facelift, S204 Facelift II, C204, W204 Facelift I, S204 Facelift I, S204 and W204 use two 24-inch (600 mm) fronts. S204 Wagons add a 12-inch (300 mm) rear.
• W203 Facelift, CL203 Facelift and S203 Facelift use two 22-inch fronts; the S203 Facelift rear is 16 inches (400 mm).
• CL203, S203 and W203 use 24-inch (600 mm) driver and 22-inch passenger blades; S203 adds a 16-inch rear.
• S202 Wagon has a 15-inch (375 mm) rear blade only. W202 Sedan uses one 24-inch centre blade.

For the 205-series keyed top-lock shown in the C-Class demonstration, raise the arm and twist the blade until the plastic locking piece is visible. Lift that piece, move the adaptor up and release the blade; the replacement's metal bar enters the adaptor slot and clicks home. W206 uses keyed slim top-lock, which slides along its narrow rail after the key release is pressed. W205 pinch-tab blades release when both side tabs are squeezed. The 204-series fittings are wide push button or side pin, the facelifted 203-series uses a side clamp, and the earlier 203 or W202 J-hook turns across the arm before its catch and curved end can be worked free.

C-Class Wagon rear fittings differ by series. S205 uses a hooked flat-arm connector: raise the arm, turn the blade to expose the joint and unhook it from the flat arm, then seat the replacement until secure. S204 rear blades use a fork snap-clip; rotate the blade, release the clip from the fork and press the new connector into the fork until it catches. S203 and S202 use a rear J-hook, so pivot the blade, release the catch and pass the curved arm through the adaptor before pulling the replacement into its locked position.

Front connector design changes across the range: W206 uses keyed slim top-lock; A205, C205, S205 and W205 Germany use keyed top-lock; W205 uses pinch tab; 2013 - 2014 W204, C204 and S204 facelift models use wide push button; 2007 - 2013 W204, C204 and S204 variants use side pin; W203, CL203 and S203 facelift models use side clamp; earlier W203, CL203 and W202 models use J-hook.

Yes. Front sizing moves among 22/22 inches, 24/24 inches, 24/22 inches and the W202 single 24-inch centre blade. Wagon rear sizes are 10, 12, 15 or 16 inches depending on chassis.

Yes. W204 Facelift II changes the front attachment from side pin to wide push button while retaining two 24-inch blades. The W203 facelift changes the earlier 24/22-inch pair and J-hook arms to two 22-inch blades with side-clamp arms.

Within the 205 series, Sedan, Coupe, Convertible and Wagon share 22/22-inch fronts. The 204-series Sedan, Coupe and Wagon share 24/24-inch fronts. The 203-series facelift bodies share 22/22 inches, while the preceding 203 bodies use 24/22 inches.

S205, S204, S203 and S202 Wagons have rear blades. The C-Class Sedans, Coupes and Convertible use front blades only.

W206: keyed slim top-lock. A205, C205, S205 and W205 Germany: keyed top-lock. W205: pinch tab. W204 Facelift II, C204 Facelift and S204 Facelift II: wide push button. The 2021 - 2026 W206 Sedan has the generation's portrait-oriented central display and a body range centred on the four-door sedan. The 2014 - 2022 205-series family spans Sedan, Wagon, Coupe and Convertible shapes. The 2007 - 2014 204-series family uses the preceding cabin and exterior architecture, while the 2000 - 2007 203-series cars have smaller, rounder proportions.
