How do I identify my Honda Jazz year and series?

The Honda Jazz certification label provides the manufacture date used with the VIN and chassis code. GF GK GH GP covers 2014 - 2020, GE 2008 - 2014 and GD 2002 - 2008.

The blades and connector remain unchanged when GE gives way to GF GK GH GP in 2014. A 2008 Jazz may be GE or GD, which use different blades, so check the chassis code.

What is the length of the Honda Jazz wiper blades?

Jazz sizes are:

GF GK GH GP and GE: 26 inches (650mm) driver, 14 inches (350mm) passenger and 14 inches (350mm) rear
GD: 24 inches (600mm) driver, 16 inches (400mm) passenger and 14 inches (350mm) rear

How to install front wiper blades for the Honda Jazz?

If the Jazz arm touches the bonnet edge, move the wiper slightly up its sweep before lifting it. Spin the blade around, pull it down towards the windscreen and wiggle the J-hook out through the adaptor.

With the replacement's rounded fitting facing the rounded end of the hook, feed it through and push until it snaps in. The other side works the same way.

How do I install the rear wiper blade on a Honda Jazz?

Bring the Jazz rear blade out from the tailgate and rotate it to the release point. Pull the centre socket away from the hook on the arm. Position the new socket over that hook, press it together and swing the blade back until it follows the arm cleanly.

What connector type does the Honda Jazz use?

Jazz models from GD through GF/GK/GH/GP use J-hook front arms. At the rear, the blade pivots on a moulded hook-and-socket joint.

Did Honda Jazz wiper blade sizes change between generations?

The later GF, GK, GH and GP series keep the GE measurements. GD uses a shorter 24-inch (600mm) driver and longer 16-inch (400mm) passenger blade; the 14-inch (350mm) rear stays unchanged.

Do all Honda Jazz generations use the same front wiper-arm connector?

The GF, GK, GH, GP, GE and GD Jazz use J-hook front arms.
